What papers do you offer?
Only the best fine art papers from Hahnemühle and Canson. Both are renowned for their highest quality museum-grade, acid-free, specially coated, fully archival papers. Read more in our Paper Guide. You can also order a Swatch Set if you'd like to see printed samples.
Can you print on fabric?
No. While there are a few fabrics coated for inkjet use, we choose not to print on fabric as the fibres cause issues to our printhead. However, we can refer you to some excellent local businesses who can help.
Can I supply my own paper?
If you happen to have some of the paper that we use, then yes, and we’re happy to pass on a cost saving.
But generally, we can't print on any paper supplied to us. Our processes, materials and equipment are very carefully controlled in order to produce the best outcome. This includes papers specifically profiled for our printer.
Our profiles are created by Les Walkling, Australia's leading authority on fine art photography and digital image making. These profiles are custom-made to an exacting standard, and are a necessity to achieving beautiful results and consistency in our digital printmaking.
Each and every different paper requires it's own profile, and we cannot arrange custom made profiles for papers supplied to us. Without such profiling, we can’t be sure we’re producing to our usual high standard.
In the interest of producing prints of the best possible quality, we cannot accept any unprofiled papers.
